1. Listing Standards

Partners may only list properties that are fully completed, hold clear title, and are immediately available for transfer. All pricing, images, and property details must be accurate at the time of listing. Iterra reserves the right to remove listings where inaccuracies are found and to suspend accounts where repeated violations occur.

2. 90-Day Buyer Attribution

Any buyer introduced to a partner's listing through the Iterra platform is attributed to that partner for 90 calendar days from the date of first contact. If the buyer completes a purchase within that window — regardless of whether a formal offer was made at introduction — the transaction is attributed to that partner.

3. Non-Circumvention

Partners agree not to direct buyers introduced through Iterra to complete transactions outside the Iterra platform. Any attempt to circumvent Iterra's transaction layer will result in account suspension and may result in enforcement under the Partner Agreement.

4. Transaction Processing

All transactions facilitated through Iterra are processed through Iterra's designated banking partners for the relevant market. Iterra remits a single net payment directly to the partner bank upon deal close.

5. Compliance Responsibility

Partners are responsible for ensuring all properties listed comply with local real estate laws and regulations in their market.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. All active transactions at the time of termination will be completed under the terms in effect when those transactions were initiated.
